It takes galvanized steel(or aluminum-galvanized steel) as base metal whose surface was processed by following steps: degreasing phosphate,passivation and other chemical treatments and then was painted with different colors and baked. It was applied in various fields such as building, home appliances, furniture, public facilities and transportation etc. for its good performance of mechanical strength, easy forming, decoration, corrosion resistance, good coating adhesion etc.
